How to Book?

STEP 1: Send “Tour Request Form” to check the availability

Because of the nature of these tours once you have decided which holiday is for you, you will need to check availability of the tour. Simply fill the “Tour Request Form” and send it to us via e-mail or fax. We will inform you with the availability of the tour you requested.

STEP 2: Read “Booking Conditions”

Once you receive availability confirmation, you have to read and agree with the terms of “Booking Conditions ” before you go any further.

STEP 3: Deposit payment

You need to make a deposit of €300(or equivalent) per person per trip. Deposit payments should be transferred by SWIFT to the Terra Anatolia bank account detailed in “Booking Conditions”. For your personal security we don’t accept online payments.


STEP 4: Fill out and send “Booking Form”

Once you make your deposit payment, you need to fill out and send us the “Booking Form” with the copy of your deposit payment receipt.

STEP 5: Confirmation

Once we receive your deposit payment and “Booking Form”, we reserve a seat for you in the tour you requested. Then you will receive a confirmation letter.
